Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Most of our treatments require a Nurse Consultation first, so we can review your medical history and confirm what's suitable for your skin. LED Light Therapy is the exception and can be booked directly.
Are your treatments suitable for first-time clients?
Yes. We take a gentle, educational approach and talk you through everything before any treatment begins — ideal if you're new to aesthetic care.
Is there any downtime after treatment?
It depends on the treatment and how your skin responds. Most of our services involve minimal to no downtime, and we'll always run through aftercare with you on the day.
What's the difference between PRP and PRF?
Both use your own blood to support skin quality and hair restoration. PRP tends to work faster, while PRF releases more gradually over a longer period. We'll help you decide which suits your goals during your consultation.
